Meet Anne-Laure
Feel Adapt Move
A life Journey of Movement, Nature, and Cultural Exploration
Anne-Laure was born in 1985 into a family of entrepreneurs in the food terroir industry near Lyon. Her path was shaped by sports and nature from the very start. The young 400m national-level athlete always carried with her an explorer’s spirit and an insatiable curiosity for going abroad and leading an unconventional career.
Anne-Laure studied wellbeing in France at the Sport University of Lyon (DEUST Métiers de la Forme). She moved to UK in 2006 to work in five stars’ hotels spas. She refined her coaching approach at Mayfair’s most prestigious personal training studio, her clients being high-performing business leaders and celebrities. She took another leap in 2011 moving to Kenya, where she managed one of the top natural fitness retreats in the world. She also lead worldwide operations in Crete, Spain, Zanzibar and the UK.
Nairobi, Kenya, had her heart. She established herself 3 more years there developing her services of coaching and playing a key role in creating gym concepts. These years in Africa were transformative, rich in experiences that deepened her expertise, redefined resilience and highlighted the power of living in Nature.
In 2018 she relocated to Barcelona and started advising hospitality leaders on global well-being strategies. Startups hired the mentoring expert while private individuals required the personalized coach.
Anne-Laure’s movement philosophy is as diverse as her journey- drawing from martial arts, boxing and Muay Thai, to parkour, from dance, to barefoot running. She blends biomechanics, movement arts, meditation, and a deep connection to nature, creating a truly unconventional coaching method.
Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, she thrives in international environments, guiding individuals and organizations toward resilience, engagement, sustainability, and well-being. Whether working with business leaders, designing wellness programs, or coaching one-on-one, her mission remains the same: to empower people to move, feel, and live better-because movement and nature are the most direct paths to authenticity and health.
